NoCoU invites interested organizations and individuals to participate in our regional teams. We invite members from public authorities, industry, NGOs, Civil Society Organisations and academia.

NoCoU aims to create an innovative arena to meet, discuss emerging threats, challenges and solutions, exchange updated knowledge and experiences on civil security for societies. For example, we discuss themes such as Fight against Crime and Terrorism (FCT), Disaster Resilient Societies (DRS), Resilient Infrastructures (INFRA, e.g. healthcare, water, energy, transport, digital, communications) and Cybersecurity (CS).
By joining the network, members will exchange needs, experiences and support transfer of knowledge related to civil security, safety and resilience. Members will also be able to discuss and promote new ideas for research and to join consortia to apply for funding, at European but also national level. As participant, your name, affiliation and contact details will be shared with others within the network.

To facilitate your participation, we will collect your name, contact information, picture, affiliation and map your interest. This data will be stored in an Excel file containing all participants information and in a Word document with bios and information from all participants. Both files will be securely stored in the project’s Teams area, which partners will have access to. Information will be shared with other NoCoU members if approval is provided.
NTNU Samfunnsforskning AS is responsible for overall coordination and management including the personal data processed in the project. As long as you can be identified in the collected data, you have the right to request access to the data we are processing about you, to request that the data is corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. If you contact us regarding your rights, you will hear from us within a month. We will provide an explanation if we cannot identify you or if your rights cannot be exercised. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority about how we are processing your data.
